Welcome to VeggieMandi (veggiemandi.com). By accessing our website, mobile interface, or using our delivery services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate phone numbers and delivery details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP verification codes.
2. Product Quality & Sourcing
Vegetables and fruits are natural agricultural products. Weights may vary slightly (±5%) due to natural moisture loss during transportation. All images on the platform are representative of product types.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on VeggieMandi are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to daily market fluctuations. Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or VeggieMandi Wallet.
4. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch directly from your profile dashboard or by contacting customer support. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations may incur a nominal handling fee.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
